Terms of Service

Scribta, Inc. · Effective Date: February 8, 2026 · Version 3.2

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Scribta's public website and its cloud-based workforce management platform and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Scribta, Inc. ("Scribta," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms form a binding agreement between Scribta and the Customer. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

IF YOU ARE USING THE SERVICES ON BEHALF OF AN ORGANIZATION, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE AUTHORITY TO BIND THAT ORGANIZATION TO THESE TERMS.

If the Customer has entered into a separate written agreement with Scribta governing use of the Services (including an enterprise or negotiated agreement), that agreement will control in the event of a conflict.

2. Definitions

"Customer" means the individual or legal entity that creates an account, purchases a subscription, and enters into these Terms with Scribta.

"Account Owner" means the Customer's designated administrator with authority to manage billing, data, and access.

"Authorized Users" means individuals authorized by the Customer to access the Services on the Customer's behalf, including employees, contractors, and agents.

4.2 Account Security: The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for all activity occurring under its account, including actions of Authorized Users.

4.3 Authorized Users: Authorized Users may access the Services solely on behalf of the Customer. Authorized Users do not have independent rights under these Terms and may not assert claims against Scribta. The Customer is responsible for all acts and omissions of its Authorized Users.

If an Authorized User previously accepted these Terms, such acceptance is deemed to have been made on behalf of the Customer and does not create an independent contractual relationship with Scribta.
